Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 16, 2026

This policy explains what data this website does, and deliberately does not, collect, and the rights you have over it. The short version: we run no advertising pixels, no third-party analytics, and no tracking cookies, and we never sell or share personal information.

What we collect

  • Nothing personally identifiable. This is a static website. It has no accounts, no forms, and no comment system, and it does not collect names, emails, or health information.
  • One browser preference. Your dark/light theme choice is stored in your own browser's localStorage under the key theme. It is a functional setting, never transmitted to us or anyone else, and clearing your browser storage removes it.
  • Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request metadata transiently to serve and secure the site, as any web host does.

What we deliberately don't do

  • No advertising or social-media pixels (no Meta, Google Analytics, TikTok, or similar).
  • No cross-site tracking, fingerprinting, or behavioral profiling.
  • No sale, sharing, or monetization of personal information, health-related or otherwise.

Consumer health data (Washington MHMDA, Nevada, Connecticut)

Pages you view here relate to health topics, and some state laws, including Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws in Nevada and Connecticut, treat records of health-related browsing as "consumer health data." We do not collect, share, or sell consumer health data. Because we run no third-party tracking technologies, your reading behavior on this site is not transmitted to advertising networks or data brokers by us. Since we collect no consumer health data, there is none to request, correct, or delete; if you believe otherwise, contact us and we will respond as those laws require.

When you click an affiliate link

Lab-test links lead to Ulta Lab Tests, an independent company with its own privacy practices. The link itself identifies only our affiliate account, we transmit no information about you. Anything you subsequently provide the partner (including orders and lab results) is governed by the partner's own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read.

Your rights (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal data, to opt out of sale/sharing, and to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. Because we do not collect personal data, there is typically nothing to act on, but you can exercise any of these rights, or ask questions, at jason@gourmetrealestate.com and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals by design since no tracking exists to opt out of.

Children's privacy (COPPA)

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you are under 13, you are not authorized to use this site, please ask your parents to use it for you.

Changes to this policy

If our practices ever change, for example, if we add privacy-preserving analytics, we will update this page and its "last updated" date before the change takes effect.
